Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–15 days. Your order is sent from our fulfilment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than next-day services.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on our Track Order page.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, email info@shopalburagltd.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change your address or cancel, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change it, but you can still cancel it under our refund policy.
